What we collect
When you submit the Request a Snapshot form, we collect the information you provide: your name, business name, website, email, phone number (if given), primary service, primary market, and any notes you add. We use this only to evaluate and respond to your request.
How we use it
We use submitted information to review your business, look at your market, and follow up about a Visibility Snapshot or engagement. We don't sell or share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Analytics
This site uses standard web analytics to understand traffic and page performance. We also use a website visitor-identification tool that can match visiting companies (and in some cases individuals) against a third-party business contact database, using information such as IP address and browsing behavior. This helps us understand which businesses are visiting the site; it is not used to identify individual consumers.
Third-party tools
Form submissions are processed through our hosting provider's form-handling service. If we adopt a CRM or email tool in the future, this policy will be updated to reflect it before that tool goes live.
